Am I Entitled to Mileage Reimbursement?

The short answer is probably not.  In general, the only times you are entitled to reimbursement is if you have to travel outside of your county to get medical treatment.  If you have to go to an Independent Medical Exam set up by the insurance company, then they must provide reasonable transportation.  However, in such cases, the distance to the appointment becomes important.  If you are being sent for an Independent Medical Exam, it’s probably a good idea to call our office and run your case by one of our attorneys.  All calls are returned by an attorney within 24 hours and we offer free phone consultations.  Phone: 602-248-0380.
