What Is My Employer Required To Do?

Many people call wanting to know how to force their employer to do something like offer then a light-duty job.  Unfortunately, the Arizona Worker’s Comp. System does not tell an employer what they can or cannot do.  However, that does not affect your rights to lost wages or medical treatment.  Each case is unique, so its a good idea to speak to a workmans comp. specialist to see how your employer’s actions affect you.  Call our office to run your case by one of our attorneys.
