Even if your employer did not carry worker’s comp. insurance when you got hurt, you are still able to get help. While every employer in Arizona is required to carry insurance, some do not realize they need it or cannot afford it. In such cases, a special fund at the Industrial Commission will step in and pay you the benefits due to you. They will then get reimbursed by the employer. Call our office if you need to know how to do this. When you call you speak directly with an attorney. Ph: 602-248-0380.
